Carolina Visions Family Care was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to create safe, supportive, and person-centered environments where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can thrive. What began as a vision to provide quality residential care has grown into a comprehensive support system offering structured, meaningful services rooted in dignity, choice, and community integration.

Built on compassion, compliance, and commitment to excellence, Carolina Visions Family Care continues to expand while remaining grounded in family values and individualized care. Our history reflects our dedication to empowering every person we serve to live with purpose, independence, and respect.

Carolina Visions Family Care is proudly led by owners Zuri Haith and Perry Fryer, who share a deep commitment to person-centered care, community inclusion, and excellence in service delivery for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We proudly provide services throughout North Carolina.

Zuri Haith, Owner

Zuri is a dedicated leader in the mental health and IDD field, bringing extensive experience in program oversight, compliance, and advocacy. As a Qualified Professional, she works closely with families, guardians, and managed care organizations to ensure services are structured, meaningful, and aligned with state and federal standards.

Zuri is passionate about protecting individual rights, promoting independence, and ensuring every person served has access to opportunities that support growth and dignity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a concentration in Disability Studies from Walden University, which strengthens her commitment to evidence-based practices and advocacy-driven leadership.

Perry Fryer, Owner 

Perry brings strong leadership in community-based mental health and intellectual/developmental disability services across North Carolina. With a strong foundation in person-centered planning and community integration, he is committed to ensuring individuals receive high-quality, compliant, and meaningful supports that extend far beyond residential settings.

His leadership emphasizes structured meaningful days, authentic community engagement, and inclusive environments where individuals are empowered to live, work, and participate fully in their communities.

 Perry brings strong leadership with a focus on community-based support and relationship building. He is committed to fostering inclusive environments where individuals are encouraged to engage fully within their communities across North Carolina.
