2025 Annual Update

At Carolina Visions Family Care, 2025 was a year of intentional growth, strengthened systems, and continued commitment to person-centered excellence across North Carolina.

In 2025, Carolina Visions Family Care proudly achieved accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

This accreditation reflects our commitment to:

• Person-centered, community-based supports 
• Continuous quality improvement 
• Ethical service delivery 
• Strong leadership and governance 
• Measurable outcomes for the individuals we serve
   

CARF accreditation demonstrates that our programs meet internationally recognized standards for quality and accountability. It affirms our dedication to providing safe, structured, and meaningful services across North Carolina.

We are honored to continue raising the standard of care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health needs.

Throughout 2025, we proudly provided residential, day supports and community-based supports to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across multiple counties in North Carolina. Our focus remained on structured meaningful engagement, independence-building, and individualized service planning.

Our team completed ongoing training in:

• Person-centered planning
• Behavioral support strategies
• Medication administration monitoring
• Rights protection and safety protocols
• Compliance and documentation standards

We strengthened supervision processes and reinforced QP oversight to ensure service quality and regulatory alignment.

In 2025, we enhanced our internal quality assurance systems, including:

• Routine chart audits
• Incident review protocols
• Documentation accuracy monitoring
• Ongoing policy review and updates

Our goal was not only to meet compliance standards, but to exceed them.

As we move forward, we remain committed to:
